| Dumb Question? Ok, Gracie is my first Yorkie so I'm new to all the grooming tricks, but I have a "dumb" question for you all. Her little mustache, all the hair from her eyes to down around her mouth, keeps getting so sticky and stiff. I wipe it with a warm washcloth but I was wondering if there's anything to clean it better. ~Stephanie |

| I can get doggie babywipes in my local pet shop. They work wonders but I am sure they are the same as regular baby wipes.

| Toto puts her face in her food ..... so she constantly has to be wiped on her face! Her hair is floor-length so when she goes pee-pee she gets wet & Miss Prissy Paws doesn't like it any more than we do!! So .... I keep a big container of wipes on the counter for those face cleanups and when she goes pee-pee she makes sure I know she went, she turns her little butt around for a wipey on her butt too!!! I usually just use the Cottonelle bathroom ones that are flushable in case she needs a poopy cleanup!!

| Hmmm...I have the same problem. But I never thought of baby wipes. I just comb it out twice a day. It seems (with Syd at least) to just be saliva that makes it crunchy...so combing it seems to help. |

| I use a warm washcloth to loosen up the crud, the I comb it a little to loosen more of the eye gunk. Rinse with another warm wash cloth. When it's too crudy, those wipes aren't wet enough. Sometimes I use a little baby shampoo. |
