| -48 Celsius It's been -48 C for the last 3 days! Poor Enzo has cabin fever something horrible, and it's just the start of many months of it!! Aside from a rip roaring game of indoor fetch, what else can I do with this little man to burn off some energy?

| Yup! Typical Alberta winter! I have to carry Enzo outside, put him on his spot, order him to do his business & run like hell to get back inside He's wishing a family in Florida adopted him instead of us for sure!

| Omg I'm tryin to imagin if our weather got that cold ,I don't think we wud survive . I think the worst here was -14 and that only happened once. Peoples pipes burst , it was mayhem..It usually gets to -5 at its worst every year , and with the heating bills goin up again its awful. Do u have oil heating just curious on the price in different countries for 500litres it £320.00 average

| Oh my gosh... that .-55 degrees Fahrenheit..and here I wine when it gets to 0(-17) Celsius) here. Poor Ricky doesn't do well outside under 50(10 Celsius)....so he would absolutely freak if it were that cold. I play fetch with my little guy....but I also like to play "search" with my dogs. I hide treats all over the house and I make them search for the treats like a drug dog sniffs out drugs or a bomb dog sniffs out bomb etc etc. I use the command search and I sort of help them along by pointing my finger towards where I want them to go. You could also get puzzle toys for him or you could enroll him in a class....obedience, agility etc etc. Agility definitely burns energy.. Sometimes we go to petsmart or petco just to walk around and get outside of these 4 walls. Good luck.... and here I thought Michigan got cold!! Do you guys have sunny days at least?? |

| WOW, that's COLD! I have never experienced below zero Fahrenheit. I have absolutely no concept of what that would feel like. I do know that at <32ºF here, Huey looks at the open door, backs away, and runs to the basement garage to potty instead.

| -48 Celsius is -55 Fahrenheit C O L D!!! We use Natural Gas to heat here and learn to live with the windchills that freeze your face in 30 Seconds! It's all I've ever known tho - Summers are the other extreme +38 Celsius lol Yes we get plenty of sunshine along with the cold temps, so deceiving when you look outside lol Enzo & I will continue to hope for a milder break in the weather!! Off I go to hide some treats

| Yup, you know I feel your pain!! Enzo NEEDS a walk everyday and hasn't been able to - his little feet wouldn't make it down the driveway. I sure have noticed he doesn't sleep as good either without them! Not to mention he gets into way more trouble being cooped up all the time! I'm going out tomorrow to get him one of those puzzle things

YT 1000 Club Member | Enzo needs a companion/playmate ! Same breed, Female, Puppy. Lots of us think that the company of we (humans) are fulfilling enough for our guys, but, trust me, there's something about a M/F relationship between them, that we can't touch in a million years. I have two pair, and it's SO special between them.

| See, if you were a terribly lazy, fat owner like me, your Enzo would be used to sleeping all day with mom & all night with dad. Ball throwing/chasing around the house is about as exciting as it gets, other than the occasional walk around the block (when I think I'm gonna hsva a heart attack because of the steep hills). Outside is the deck for potty and he won't go there if it is cold or wet!
