| HELP!! Is it the Peanut Butter? I have been giving Bailey the Kong with peanut butter stuffed in it once a day.....now it seems like every night around 2:00 a.m., he wants to get up and play....really play.....like run around my bed and jump on my head..and bite at my scarf....until I finally hide under the covers and let him play until he gets tired with his toys. Is he just going thorugh a hyper period in life? He's only 11 weeks old. Or should I try stuffing his Kong with something else? Thanks.

| Some puppie's that young just don't sleep through the night yet (just like human babie's). Make sure you don't encourage the behaviour, and I think you should try crate training. What time do u give the kong to him? I don't think the peanut butter would be doing it but try not giving him the kong for a day and see if that helps.

| I give him the Kong earlier in the evening, probably around 5 p.m. I keep him in a fenced in area during the day with his house, food/water, toys, and doggie litter box. Normally I leave him in there unless we're playing. At nighttime I usually let him sleep in his house (he normally wakes up and wants to come get in my bed), then I get him and put his crate next to my pillow and he sleeps there the rest of the night. For the past week, I've been very slack....and let him get out of the crate around 4 a.m. Perhaps I should keep up with him staying in there the entire time.

| I would suggest crate training at night. He is still going through that puppy stage and they do get up some during the night. I crate trained Bouncer and it made the biggest difference. Once he starts to grow up though he'll start to actually sleep through the night. Good luck! By the way, I don't think it's the Kong
