| clubs AKC recognizes many kennel clubs..CKC, if it is Canada, not Continental. Many countries in the world..Canada, England, France, Brazil, Germany to name a few I have personal knowledge about..lots more..but within in USA they allow no registering unless parents are eligable for AKC..that means none I know about. | An AKC dog can also be registered with the Canadian Kennel Club and AKC accepts Canadian Kennel Club registrations.

| Are you asking how do you join a specific kennel club, for example the YOrkshire Terrier Club of America or are you asking how does your dog get registered with a club? Or, are you asking how do you get involved in a local breed club or all breed club (like the Westbury Kennel Club)? |

| clubs You won't have a problem joining an All Breed kennel clubs in your local area if that is what info you want. In order to join a regional or National Yorkie club you will need two sponsors who have known you for a min of two yrs. |
