| Sad I posted a pic of Bella in her onsie cause she is in heat. She is 9 months old. She is still such a baby, I can't believe some people would breed her at this age or even younger. The thought makes me so sad. Just had to vent a bit.

| Sadly many people put their own desires ahead of what is right for the animal.

| people do it with their children skin or fur. it is extremely sad and heartbreaking. before i ever came to yt i so badly wanted to breed, cedric and keep one of his babies....and then i woke up in a nightmare of greeders and hoarders and people who just plain abuse animals. i am just thankful to be armed with some knowledge and keep learning here to try and make a difference everyday.

Donating YT 500 Club Member | Jasper is 9 months old, too. He is still such a puppy. He still needs me a lot. Wants him momma all the time. Even if he weren't already neutered, I could not even think about studding him out at this age. Or any other for that matter.

| Most of the times the people who do it just care about the money or wanting the puppies and don't care about there poor dog. Heck Callie is still my baby and I could never imagine putting her through that and she is 6. I had her spayed when she was around 9 months.

| So true, they are babies themselves, even at an older age. Before Yorkies, I had mini Schnauzers, and my little girl Sachi was scheduled to be spayed at 6 months but got pregnant at 5 months old, as her heat came early and I didn't know. I went ahead with the spay and aborted babies, and I was devastated and depressed for a long time over it. She was so young and such a baby.

| Part of the reason there are so many dogs running the streets and dying in shelters. People get those cute little pups and then have no idea how to take care of them properly. They are disposable toys to many people. |
