Senior Yorkie Talker | Wellness Food my little guy has been on wellness just for puppy food from when he was with his breeder & about a week with me I'm thinking about changing the food to wellness small breed puppy food since he is a small breed..any suggestions or thoughts on this switch ? |

| It doesn't matter. The only real difference is kibble size.

Senior Yorkie Talker | Yea he's on the super mix 5 now & to me it takes him hours to poop so many he's not digesting it fast enough so imma check about the small breed for puppy's he's only 10 weeks & 3 lbs he's a little thing |

| How many times a day is he pooping? Puppies will often poop more, but it's not a bad thing if he's taking longer to poop... as long as he's going, and not backed up, I'm not sure why you'd wanna speed things up? As long as his stool is solid and normal, I am sure he is digesting it. Be careful changing food much with a young pup. I would just keep him on the same thing for a while to get him acclimated.
