Yorkie Yakker | fashion shows for dogs do you visit sometimes fashion shows for dogs ? are you keen on this :-) I will go with my Yorkie tomorrow, I like all kinds of events, unfortunately I do not have enough time to take part in all. My Yorkie is just a boot afraid if it is too loud and if there are too many dogs there, so I am careful not too spend too much time there Everything about Yorkies - Yorkshire Terriers Naturally |

| I go to those type of things, sometimes we enter the show sometimes we watch, My advice for anyone that takes a dog to those type of crowded events is to bring a stroller or a good sturdy cage like bag, often the pups need a quite place to escape from the crowd. Lola loves climbing up into her stroller for nap when she has had enough of the people and the other dogs

| oh my, LOL I see you are a new member and welcome to yorkie talk, now that you are a member you will be amazed to find out everything that is made for small dogs. Before yorkie talk I owned a few sweaters and a couple of harnesses, but now I have two pet strollers, a car seat a closet full of dog dresses on hangers, I bought a sewing machine just to make her more clothes, I am now turning a coffee table into a four poster bed for my Lola. I have draws full of leashes, bows, sweaters, bathrobes, grooming products etc. Oh and to answer your questions there are ton's of different type of dog strollers made specifically with your fur baby in mind, google pet strollers and you will see what I mean. There are also threads here on YT where the pros and cons on all the stroller types have been discussed in detail.

| Stroller for 2 I have two precious fur babies. So I need a stroller for two. Do they make that? I went to a free outdoor concert the other night. A stroller would have been nice. My people kids already think I'm nuts so they will get a kick out of the stroller. |

My stroller can fit my dog and my sister's yorkie, both are about 5.5 lbs. Lola also shared a friends stroller and her dog was about 8-9 lbs. So depending on the size of the stroller they can share. However they make double decker strollers and side by side strollers that are designed to carry more than one dog. Basically they are like a child's stroller only the area the dog goes in is set up like a bed on wheels so the dog can lays down. Much more comfortable for the dog than a carrier and a lot easier on your shoulder and arm. You can get them as cheap as $60.00 on Amazon and then up to several hundred dollars. The more expensive ones wheel better. I bought two exactly alike, one for my home in MI and one that my family keeps in NY. Mine are cheap since we do not walk miles in them over rough terrain. My sister thought it was a crazy idea, the first time we used it was in NYC for pet fashion week. It had snowed really bad and she kept giving me a hard time, telling me that we are not going to schlep it into the city. Well I told her we most certainly were, and low in behold we wheeled the girls all over the city in the snow in the strollers, had we tried to walk with them they would have been soaking wet from the melting snow and chilled to the bone, instead they rode like little princess and we were able to shop arms free. Turns out her dog seems to always spend more time in the stroller than Lola since Lucy seems to tire more quickly. Of course being the big sister every time we go someone where I have to gloat to her about what a great idea the stroller was
