| Homemade dog treat recipes I am wanting to make some homemade dog treats. That way I have some healthy treats for my pomchi and yorkie to snack on. Does anyone have any easy recipes for some crunchy treats? Thanks for any ideas. |

| There is a "sticky" in the Yorkie Health & Diet section that has many recipes: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/yor...od-treats.html The only thing I have tried is dehydrating sweet potato slices. My 4 pups went crazy over them, however they are just as happy to have a few frozen green beans, so I don't bake or cook them treats.

| Leo's cookies (on page 1 of that link) is a big hit in my house. My babies love them as do all our doggie friends.

| Mine loves chicken and sweet potato that have been put in the dehydrator and you can dehydrate pretty much anything no recipe needed

Regarding dehydrating chicken, do you have any concerns about salmonella? Another thing mine like is Greek yogurt that has been frozen in "drops". Frozen green beans and blueberries are 2 other favorites. So are baby carrots.
