| Aww.. That is sad... I guess he's a daddy's boy? I'm sure you'll be giving him plenty of love to make up for daddy's absence. |

Also, I don't know how old he is but, is ok with kids? I only ask b/c you mentioned kids... I've seen families that had to re-home pets b/c the pet had a hard time when the baby came along. Not that I think you'd do the same. Just thought if you didn't know, maybe this would be a good time for you see how he handles kids. | |

| Thank you for you and your husbands service. Where in Afghanistan is your husband deployed? My dh has been in Bagram since April so I know just how you feel. My Tinkerbell misses her daddy too though she now stretches out on his side of the bed. I hope your time goes by fast and he stays safe. |

| Oh, so sweet! He misses his daddy. Get him busy enriching his life and doing his obedience training, some extra walks, time outside and challenging games and he'll adjust in a while. Dogs are hugely practical animals and adapt to changes quite readily if they are kept busy until they make the adjustment to the new reality. I'd love to see a picture of that if you get the chance. Thank your husband for me for his service to his country and the same to you and the kids. The family serves also in their own way. I'm praying for his safe return.

| Poor Samson, missing his daddy. Thank you and your husband for the sacrifices you make while he serves. Think of the reunion you and Samson will have when your husband returns!
