| Welcome to YT! Congrats on your sweet baby. He is adorable. How old is he? What a fabulous Hubby you have!! Yorkie's are the best, especially the boys!! I have a male, he is 6 years old. I've had him since he was 10 weeks and he is ( next to my hubby) the love of my life!! Wait and see, these Yorkie boys get so attached to you. They are such angels. What information are you looking for?

| no climbing or jumping, get loads of chew toys I prefer nylabone and kong, but no tennis ball type toys they wear the teeth. for training treats use pieces of cooked chicken or turkey Start cleaning their teeth immediately with a good product like healthy mouth, Leba III or Petzlife trim eyes toes and bum regularly so they get used to it, I used and still use rounded baby scissors and baby toe nail clippers to begin get the dog for a full check up to the vet Research and decide the means in which you will be feeding your dog, raw, home cooked or kibble (stay away from corn, wheat, soy, rice, beet pulp, meat meal) you may wish to invest or borrow from a friend, an expen it's a 4x4 pen which will keep them safe and secure when you are not home make sure your new baby is eating drinking and sleeping enough, have nutrical or honey handy for hypoglycemia (I have heard that Yorkies and honey don't mix, but couldn't find any documentation and Dr Jean Dodds has said it's safe) Lots of love hugs kisses and welcome to the best decision your husband ever made for you |
