| Do you tip your groomer? Just curious if those who take to their yorkie to a groomer tip the groomer and if so how much? I would also be interested to know the kind of prices groomers charge around the country. I live in a tourist town and things are really expensive here and I was wondering how much it varies.

| I use a mobile groomer that comes to my house once a month and I pay $45 for my standard poodle, $35 for my westie and $20 each for my three yorkies (four when my daughter is visiting with Buddha). I usually give her a $30 tip but I gave her $60 last time because of Christmas. I think it is important to make the person working on your baby(s) feel appreciated. |

| The first grooming prince had, about 2 months ago, I was charged $20.00, and I was going to tip her except for the poor job she did on him and the rude comments i got, I will be trying a new one the first of feb. just got her name so i am gonna call and check out prices and even if she is a little more it would be worth it for a good cut.

| I use a mobile groomer who charges $45.00. I usually give an extra $10.00 for a tip. This last time because it was Christmas and she had a full schedule and still managed to fit us in before the holidays I gave her an extra $30.00.

| I never even thought about tipping! Ohmygosh! I feel so terrible...I tip for my hair cut so I guess I should tip for hers We always go to petsmart though, and pay up front. And I don't really ever know who worked on her or anything...does that make a difference? |

| I live in the uk, I do not tip my groomer as she own's the parlour but she often does things for charity that I will then give to. I pay £20 for Rob to have a cut bath and nails cut, I think that is about 35 dollars. |
