| Feedback on Durstede Products? Has anybody have any experience using any of the Durstede Products? Did I spell that right? I've used the CC Products and is still open on finding a better one. CC worked ok with my baby girl who has a very cottony hair which matts so easily. But I'm still looking for another one. I've met a lady in a dog park and suggested this product. I would appreciate a feed back on this one. Or any other suggestion is welcome. My boy is lucky to have a silky hair but his littermate, a girl, has a very cottony hair, and it is frustrating to groom her. Miss a day of brushing and she'll end up having mats especially under her legs. |

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | MY baby Chanel has a cotton coat also and it IS a pain to keep up with - I only use CC products on her but would love to try Vellus - I've heard that Durstede is ok but nothing that special. There is also a product called Coat Handlers that is susposed to be good also but I really can't help as I've used none of them. IF I had a chance - I'd be trying Vellus - I've heard really good things about it ...Cha Cha who also has really long hair like my Chanel uses that shampoo and her hair is beautiful |

| Thanks Villette... Thanks for the reply...any feedback would really help...isn't it so frustrating to make her look so nice all the time? I work from 8:30 am to 6:00 p.m. and sometimes I'm so tired when I get home that all I want to do is to just jump to bed and sleep. But my husband and I try to give them all the attention they need when we get home...but there are days that I would just decide not to brush her, I'd say brushing her today would do no harm...so lazy mommy would just let a day pass...and voila! the next day I would brush her she already has some matting going on. |

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | Do you have the Ice on Ice Spray on ? That helps alot - Also I use Plush Puppy Reviva Coat - you mix it and spray on and leave it on their hair and it really conditions Chanels coat - makes it soft and easier to brush. I alternate with the CC Ice and the PP Reviva Coat -the thing I don't like about the Reviva Coat is is has a strong scent to it so I water it down. |

| I posted about the same product about a month ago and got almost no replys. I did get 2 people that told me they tried it and it wasn't ALL THAT and both happened to mention Laser Lites that they liked better.

| I read on a website the Durasteed was good. I was gonna try it. But the last show I went to I learned a lot and I think I'm gonna go with Laser Lites for Foster to grow show coat, it wont be too hard on the checkbook for just him. I saw Vellus there too and it was more expensive. I bought some of that Mr Groom Stuff for my Hope. Villette, you need to get a can just to try it. It's perfect for soft coats. I did buy Coat and Handler for the rest of the crew..I heard good reports on the 5 to 1 shampoo. Right now I could open my own shop with all the products I bought..lolol Shows are Bad! Bad for the pocket book!! |

| Hi Irene, I use the 15 to 1 Coathandlers Shampoo and 15 to 1 Conditioner for the gang (10 dogs). I buy the gallon jugs with the pump and it will last me a year. I bought 2 plastic sqeeze bottles and put in one part shampoo with 15 parts water for both the shampoo and conditioner. I have tried a couple of different brands but am very happy with this product, especially the rinse. I also love that I can use this on their face and it will not hurt their eyes which is especially helpful with eye boogers.

| I am using Coat Handlers and have had good results. For serious mats I resort to Mane and Tail -- it works wonders...... no more shaved mats for me! |
