| Luppies for sale in or near Vermont I am looking for puppies for sale in Vermont or within driving distance. We have recently suffered the loss of our beloved "Riley" who was a Yorkie and am looking for another loving Yorkie to join our family. I am not looking for champion bloodlines or anything like that, but just a loving little Yorkie to complete our family again. Yorkies in our neck of the woods are very hard to find for a reasonable price, or at all! If anyone has any insight on breeders and or any puppies located near or in Vermont I would be forever thankful! |

| Welcome to YT!! The YTCA list is a great place to start. Some breeders are willing to ship by courier to you from other states so that might broaden your possibilities. Some breeders will have a short waiting list, but this just tells me that it is worth the wait. Good luck on your adventure of finding your new family member. |

Donating YT 500 Club Member | Hello and Welcome to YT!! I don't have an answer to your question. I just wanted to tell you how sorry I am about the loss of your Riley. He will be waiting for you across the Rainbow Bridge. I think that it is wonderful that you have room in your heart for another yorkie. It will not replace Riley, but will be loved by you and return your love ten fold. He/she will help your heart to heal. My God guide you to a great breeder and may He heal your heart. Rest In Peace, Riley!

| Usually champion blood lines are not important to people looking for a pet but the health of the pup is as well as the fact that they want a pup that looks like the breed that they are seeking. I don't know what you consider "reasonable" as far as price. If you mean inexpensive then you are taking chances with just what kind of a dog you will end up with. People who sell inexpensive pups usually are not taking all the precautions they should when breeding. The AKC has breed clubs that have breeder referral people who can direct you to reputable breeders. These people usually have pups they will sell as pets for a reduced price but you will pay for the experience and testing that went into breeding exceptional pups. You can do a search for conformation clubs in your state. These clubs have a tab you can click to find the referral person. American Kennel Club - Club Search and Directory |
