| ice cube monsters Does anyone else have an issue with their furbutts being obsessed with ice? I started a routine that I really regret now. When I let my babies outside in their pen, I put water and ice in their bowl. It cools them off and they think the ice is a treat. Well now.. all four and my sheltie are obsessed. They will stand in front of the ice maker and bark. anyone have ice monsters too?? |

| That's awesome (well I suppose it depends on how you look at it) ... my new little girl is almost 4 months old now and loves ice cubes ... we are on a health kick and drink lots of water so always after filling up the water bottle we open the fridge to put ice in ... the ice maker is inside the freezer and when getting a handful sometimes one drops on the floor ... will Holly grabbed one a few months ago and just sort of played with it .. licking it etc ... fast forward to now and every time she hears the ice cubes "jingling" she comes running waiting for one to drop ... magically one always does (don't tell her its me doing it) ... she runs off with it and some times hides it, as Yorkies do .. and then is baffled when it no longer in its hiding place as its melted .... she has started a habit of dropping it behind me in the small of my back ... funny but annoying as well :-) I had a Pomeranian that was obsessed with ice as well :-)

| Its so bad at my house I'm scared to put ice in my drink for fear of being surrounded lol! I still have a cut on my arm from last time lol I have to forewarn friends not to clink the ice in the glass because the scavengers will go after it. |
