| Miss Molly I am struggling here trying to learn how to use this Forum. My name is Estelle, retired and the proud (and stressed) to be owned by a 1 year old rescue named Molly. She is one bundle of energy and wants to be played with all of the time. In fact, she almost insists on it. How do we have time to do all the other things we need to do and still keep her happy? She also tears up all of her toys - very aggressively. I have had many breeds of dogs in all my years, but this is my first Yorkie. As I am a Senior Citizen, I wanted to stay with a smaller breed that I could handle. No nothing about Yorkies except they sure a adorable! Ay suggestions would be most appreciated. We do have her signed up for obedience classes and hope that will make things easier. Estelle and Larry Miller |

| welcome to yt and congrats on your bundle of love molly. are you taking her for daily walks...or giving her a daily job? yorkies are very demanding for attention and will tell you so. i find if i keep mine on daily walks and a 20 min training sit stay lay down session for cedric n keylo they are more content. we also have a fenced play area for them and alternate that with walks. im sure others will chime in. the obedience class should also help a lot.
