| what size pee pad and bed to put in a xpen connected to the crate setup??? would you put the peepad in the crate or the bed in the crate???

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Think of the crate as their "den". Dogs never pee in their den, that's why it's pretty easy to "crate train", IF the den is small enough. If the x-pen is large enough, you can place a crate inside with a soft pad or bed in the crate. When Joey was a puppy, I used two pee pads inside the crate, as he got older I only used one. I used fairly large pads thinking he'd go more than once on a pad, nope, not Joey, he's a one pee to a pad man.
