| Is it the fur?? So I was comparing Chester to some of the other 14-16 week old puppies on here and noticed his ears seem a lot smaller. This seems like an obvious answer, but it is because his ears are shaved at the moment? Or do they look a little small to you guys? I don't really care, but just got curious after looking at a picture of a 15 week old with HUGE ears

Thank you so much! Chester loves to have his ego boosted. He's such a little playboy, always posing for the camera with his innocent "cute face" on!

| What ever it is smaller ears are better thats part of the standard. Small ears are very desirable. |

| I think your baby's ears look great. They do look different without the fur sticking out everywhere, but wonderful none the less.

| I'm not sure that I have ever seen a cuter puppy than your Chester! I am cracking up here at his little face. He's precious! Does he want a brother named Stewie? He can come live with me

| They look fine to me. Pictures don't always provide an accurate picture anyway. When we had our NE Fl party, Bender, who looks like he has huge ears in his picture, actually did not. In person, he was the only yorkie who was grown but had a baby doggie face, the cutest face ever. In fact, haven't seen him recently on YT. Bender, where are you? |

| According to the AKC Yorkshire standards: Ears are small, V-shaped, carried erect and set not too far apart. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ I see a lot of Yorkies with large ears - mine is no exception - but trimming mine certainly made them look smaller - which is a good thing! I would suspect that your Yorkie's ears are near perfect. And, as you mentioned, if you let the hair grow out - they'll appear bigger, but will still be a nice size. ***** I have a friend who said she's afraid to take her Yorkie outside - because if he starts flapping his ears, she's afraid he take wing and fly off.
