| Finally decided! On the way to the vet, I decided on a name. And it wasn't even one I listed!! I'm pleased to say that her name is.....Stella The vet was an interesting ordeal. Apparently someone with the same last name has a dog named Stella. They called us back and everyone was very confused. Only took a minute to realize that I was new and am no relation to the other person. But I do love this vet. I asked if he gave a 6 in 1, or 7 in 1, and he said "oh goodness no! I've seen more bad with the vaccine than I've seen lepto or corona cases." So she got a 5 in 1 and checked her out completely and answered all of my questions! She's in great health; so happy!

| I love the name! It fits her adorable little self Lol, that's quite the ordeal at the vet! Glad to hear that you found a good one, it seems like finding a good vet is getting hard these days.

Donating YT 500 Club Member | I love the name Stella. Before Bella, we had another Rat Terrier named Stella. She was a rescue and the sweetest dog. Well DH was in the yard and Stella was off leash. And, you guessed it, she got hit. I was giving her CPR while we flew to the vets office. I felt her heart stop as we got there. They tried to revive her, but couldn't. Our hearts were broken. Two weeks later there was a new fence covering 1/2 acre of our front yard. It won't happen again. It doesn't matter what breed or mix you have...always err on the side of caution and keep them leashed if not in a fenced in or safe area. So to me, Stella is an AWESOME name!!

Oh my goodness!!! I'm so sorry about your Stella. We rent for now (crossing fingers to transfer jobs out of state and buy a house) and have no fence. My mom said I should just leave her on a tie out and let her get used to it : I said no right away! We live near a lake with people that fish who could take her, and geese she could chase, etc. She will be on a leash at all times. Right now I'm pad training until she's done with her last shot. Again, I'm sorry about your Stella. That makes me so sad just reading it However, I am very glad that you like the name I chose! I had so many I was tossing around and couldn't go to the vet calling her "baby puppy"! Lol! But of course I pick a name that is common with my last name!
