YT 500 Club Member | zooeys vet chk. Hi everyone, I know its been a while since I've been on here. Just wanted to ask a few questions. I love my vet,and you all know the nightmare I went with zooey. Her skin is finally normal. She still has that little skip with a fast pace walk every now and then. Vet checked her knees, absolutely nothing wrong. Asked about hips, nothing there either. He said just might be a habit she picked up from favoring that leg if it was hurt at one time. Anyone heard of that? Also I noticed her top big canine teeth are good, but behind them there is a gap of two teeth that never came. Is that normal? Poor baby it just never ends with her. Other then that, she's recooping from shots yesterday and has grown to 7 lbs. She's over all healthy and doing great! That I'm so happy for!

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I am glad she is doing better. I would ask the vet about the teeth.

I've also seen on other forums (jack russell ones) that other folks' terriers have done the occasional skip and it's NOTHING to worry about - just a kind-of breed trait Glad Zooey is doing well (((HUGS))) They're such a worry at times, aren't they......perhaps they do it deliberately to keep us on our toes? | |

YT 500 Club Member | I did ask vet about teeth. He just vs aid some dogs are like that. Either born with extra teeth, or not enough. I don't know what to believe. That's why I'm asking if anybody else has come across this.

| Callie never had one of her adult teeth grow in behind her k9 tooth it looks like a space big enough for two teeth but vet said just one I'm sure it just happens sometimes. My dad still has one of his baby teeth because he had no adult tooth to grow in where that one was.
