| They don't remove the sacks. The swelling takes a few days to go down and in time the skin will also shrink and disappear.

| I didn't mean the sacks, you can still see something like testicles between the sack and the tip of his penis |

| It takes a while for the hormones to leave the body also. I didn't notice how old your guy is but the older they are when neutered the longer it may take for the hormone issue to go away. |

| I thought the same thing when Taka was neutered last week. yesterday he was humping every blanket in sight and I was like "Isn't he supposed to stop doing that now?" lol but hubby told me that he will still do it. His area looks the same as your yorkie...where are his stitches? |

| I had a little dog years ago, and when he was feeling "randy" his area would look just like that. He was about four, and I had him for many years. It goes down once he's "done." Don't worry it's normal. |

| It will go down. It takes a couple weeks for the hormones to leave his system. He still doesn't know he's neutered

| This is normal. It is a gland that swells when he is excited. My dog was neutered > 3yrs ago, and he still does this. It goes back down.

| That isn't his testicles... but I can see where you might think "that" would be... To put it quite bluntly and simply, this is how a male gets "stuck" to the female when breeding. My males still have this "problem" when they sneak off with their favorite toys! Lol
