| Right Now A pup is laying in a wire cage, sore feet from the hot sun on the metal...no room to spread out, he is covered in feces and urine from the pup in the wire cage above him, 6 cages tall, in a puppy mill. A pup is hungry, dying from thirst, all matted up in a cage its never been out of, in a puppy mill. A pup has given birth and is having complications, there is no one there to save her, she will die, her pups will die, in a puppy mill. A pup is squealing as her pups are taken, far too young, from her to be sold to YOU...from a puppy mill....

| And the sad thing is people will still make excuses as to why it's ok to buy from pet stores and brokers

| It's too bad people don't know this about the pet shops. I could easily see myself walking into Petsmart and falling in love with a little yorkie there and getting her had I not read about puppymills here.

Donating YT 500 Club Member | This made me cry as I picture everything you wrote. Ive always heard that "Ignorance is bliss". Not in this case!! How do people become more educated on the puppy mills, bybs and brokers? In this day and age it should not even be an issue!!

| I drives me MAD that people KNOW this and they think they are SAVING it. NO YOU ARE NOT! Does not matter your intent. If you purchase a puppy from a pet shop or broker you are continuing the abuse.

They do however have Rescue Groups mostly on the week-ends that come with the pet's they have available for adoption. Maybe your thinking about PETLAND???
