| How do you protect your babies from the sun? Hi everyone. Since Wallee insists on laying in the sun and my neighbors cat died from skin cancer I was wondering what you do to protect their skin from the sun? I know his Chris Christensen detangling spray has some sun screen in it but not sure if it's enough. |

| yeah...and the owners are a couple of drunks. We kept telling them from the start when we noticed the black on the tips of his ears that he looked like he was getting skin cancer. He was a very friendly white cat and they just ignored our advice. The woman kept putting polysporin on the open sores that would not heal. Poor thing probably died a slow and terrible death. He died over the winter last year. So I guess I am super paranoid since Wallee has white hair and he just got so much of if shaved off. |

| White cats are more prone to it and the idiots used to let him lay in the baking sun for hours on days it was so hot out |

| I use the epi pet sunscreen on curri and another brand that escapes me right now. AAHA approved. They also both wear rashguards in the sun and pool. Curri is a Biewer with pink skin so I am especially careful with her!

| Honestly never thought about it. He's never seemed to be uncomfortable or get burnt or anything.... and he spends lots of time outdoors by the pool.

| Curri is light hair and skin. She needs to be protected more than sugar who is Black and Tan. Infant 0-3 month rashguards fit them well. This is the bodyglove pet version ( going to retrieve link now ) http://www.petstew.com/B004N4RUZ2/bo...-swimsuit.html
