| Yorkie bangs I'm thinking about giving Louis bangs. I want to keep the rest of his hair long. Does anyone have their dogs hair cut like that? Can you post pics please!

| Here are some pics of Huey with his visor/bangs various lengths. Currently, we are growing out with final goal of all hair in topknot. He has always had a visor cut prior to now.

| Huey is so cute! Why are you growing his bangs out? Are the bangs a lot of maintenance?

| Ugh! I HATE that Blazer had a visor! Now his hair is always in his eyes and I'm trying SOOOOOO hard to let it grow out and I'm hoping that it will start laying nicely parted and off to the sides like it used to! |

| Patti's Pixie has a cut that you're describing. She keeps her front bangs short & the rest of her hair is long bc Pixie doesn't keep bows in her hair, it's very cute! You do need to trim them once every 2 weeks, maybe even once a week if his hair grows fast, otherwise they get that dreaded visor look...their hair seems to grow faster in the warmer months.

| When joel has bangs it gets in his eyes so now I'm stuck keeping it short because when I try to grow it out I get annoyed at them before they can grow out lol so they have to stay short. |

| I am in what I think are the final months of growing Lexi's bangs out. OMG it has taken forever. I have almost given up so many times. Hubby likes her top knot and I do too. Those little hairs just seem to never be long enough to fit into the top just yet. But groom today and I think I can almost see when the day will come. Kristen (maximo) sells some top knot gel that works well at keeping those little hairs in check. |

| It is very hard to grow out once you change your mind. My grand dog Gidget has bangs and always keeps them bc when they start to grow out....Visor.... Here is Gidgets picture. I personally like it better long. My Daughter is not as good about the brushing as I am so my daughter decided to cut it short. Gidget also hates bows This is a bf and after she looks like a different dog. lol

| I HATED the typical 'visor cut' that our groomer gave Jackson. The straight across bang look. It was horrible, would just grow right back over top of his eyes in a few days time. Thank god she found us a happy medium. I don't do top knots so if you're not doing the straight across visor, your options are limited. The groomer started doing this last year: Now he always looks like this (even weeks after being groomed) He USED to look like this a few weeks after the 'visor' would grow out: I was sooo over never seeing his eyes! So happy now with his 'do.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Thanks Jenny. Pixie was 13 months when I got her and the breeder had just cut her top knot off since she wasn't going to be shown. My DH loved the look so I kept it that way. Her's is usually really short and kind of spiked. She is in full coat to the floor. I like the look on her as you can see her little face.

Actually, the visor is a lot less maintenance than a full topknot. When it is short, it does a great job of keeping his hair out of his eyes, like in the photo with the green toy. I just wanted to see if I could get him in a full topknot. Until a few weeks ago, he never had a topknot at all. I have always had the visor to hold his hair out of his eyes, and will probably go back to it. I have almost trimmed his visor off with each of his last 3 baths...he is just too hard to keep in a topknot, and right now he is running around with no eyes I think it all started when I started growing out that shaved bridge of his nose that a groomer gave him.

| Actually I prefer the bangs on my boy. He has such a mop of hair anyhow that a topknot is overwhelming and I don't like boys in pigtails. My girls have Rapunsel like braids and look lovely. I prefer those to bows as the love to rub them off on the carpet. |

| I have kept Piccolo in a little bit of bangs with her topknot for years. You can kind of see this in this picture. Lil Louis is so adorable that he will look handsome no matter what. Piccolo sends doggie kisses.
