| one week old Yorkie Hi Everyone, I just got to visit my Yorkie a few days ago for the first time. She is only a week old, born on May 23, 2013. She was born weighing 2.3 ounces and now is a hefty 4.05 ounces. Growing like a weed. I have been gathering advice from all of you guys on YT, purchasing shampoos, brushes, and other important items that I will need once I bring her home in a few months. Can't wait |

| Welcome to YT! I use a puppy shampoo atm that doesn't hurt her eyes if it gets into them. Do you have a crate for her? What do you have so far?

| How exciting I would have loved to see mine as young babies. The first time I saw mine was 6 and8 weeks old. It's good that you are getting prepared for a new little one. I kept busy with shopping therapy too. Next time you visit you'll have to get a picture and post it. We love pictures around here

| stuff for my new puppy Quote:
Wow..nice replies and so fast! Yes..shopping therapy is what is helping me get through these next few months before I get her. My list of what I have: crate, playpen, Yorkie splash and shine shampoo/cond/detangler, Isle of Dogs shampoo/conditioner, Bio-Groom waterless shampoo, Susan Lanci cuddle cup, sling carrier, and harness. Ugh..so expensive but Love her stuff. So far anyway. Madan pin brush, nail clippers, Nutri-Cal, Fromm puppy food, lol...You should have asked what DON'T I have. Oh...and Sandy..I have family in Santee, CA. | |

| things for my new puppy I have been shopping for my little one before she even existed. lol. I found Susan Lanci blankets, and harnesses which a local shop sells. I haven't bought the harness yet because I have no idea what size to get. I have blankets, a crate, Nutri Cal (heard Nutri Stat is better??), Isle of Dogs shampoo/Cond, Yorkie Splash and Shine Shampoo/Cond., Fromm Puppy food, Madan pin brush. I guess I should list what i DON'T have. lol
