| Re - Naming my PUP My dream of having a Yorkie finally came true, but this is the first time in my life that naming a pet has been so hard. My husband and I finally settled on Skippy but my husband said he doesn't really like it because it sounds too much like a dog we had by the name of Tippy. This little pup is finally starting to know his name and now my daughter and my husband is wanting to call him Bandit, because they it's more fitting to his personality as he's stealing our socks and other items of clothing, etc. LOL. So I ask all of you.....Which do you like better? Skippy or Bandit. And has any body else changed their pets name, for the 3rd time? If I call my vet again and tell them to change the name again, I'm going to feel plum silly. |

| I vote for Bandit. You can change his name. Say it a lot and he will pick it up easily. I changed Teddy's name when we brought him home at 8 months. He loved his new name. LOL, thinking of you having to tell your vet's office. Don't worry, I'm sure they will chuckle, but understand.

| Cozy was originally named Zoey when I got her. But within a few days she knew her name was Cozy. Buddy was over 2 years old when I got him. His name was originally Cody which was too close to the name Cozy for me. I knew I would be yelling at Cozy and I did not want him to think he was in trouble. He learned his name the same day as I got him. Roxy was originally named Candy was when I decided to keep her she became Roxy. She comes to at least 12 different names.

YT 2000 Club Member | Bandit is such a cute name! He will learn it fast as we call our yorkies by different pet names like....Tatiana is Tati, tater tot, cutie pie, etc and she comes to what every I call her! You could use Skippy as a middle name!
