| Painting my Kitchen? HI.....First of all; I hope I'm on the right forum? Still learning my way around. I'm getting my little 12 week old Yorkie later this coming week. And, I'm in the process of having my kitchen painted. Should I be concerned for the little guy? Precautions I should take, etc.....? Thanks........Rick |

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Hi welcome to Yorketalk and congratulations on getting a new puppy, it's a good sign that your breeder made you wait till 12 weeks, so many want to get rid of the pups earlier and that's not good for the pup. Congratulations, and I agree with the others about using good ventilation. Are you using oil or latex? Latex is safer, and there are paints that are VOC free.

| Welcome! Congratulations on that new little furball. And congratulations on proving to be a good puppy parent already by checking if the house will be safe! Can't wait to see photos. |
