| Hi, new member here.. 9Hi, we are the proud parents of two (beautiful-of course) Yorkie puppies: Beauregard (Beau/Bo) and Ellie. Both are from the same breeder. South Carolina. We got Beau first and couldn't believe it. He was pee pee pad trained and was sooo awesome, friendly, etc... you guys know what I mean. We decided to get him a "sister" and asked the breeder to let us have a female from the next litter they had. They have 2 sets of Yorkies they breed intermittently (with periods of "rest" at times). They are awesome, the dogs have free rein in their house and are soo friendly. Two months after we got Beau, we picked up Ellie. I had asked her to pick us a "spunky" one to keep up with Beau. I didn't want him to be too aggressive and hurt her. LOL... that was a joke! The breeder nicknamed her "Pepper Pot" but gave us the choice of the two females they had. Of course, I picked "Pepper Pot" and she has given Beau a run for his money from the 2nd or 3rd day. Thus, she became "Ellie" named by our granddaughter. We both work, so feel comfortable with our decision to get the second pet. They are both going to be crate trained. Ellie adapted easily, walks in and out and sleeps in there when she is tired. Beau, not so much. But hopefully it will come with time. These are our first attempt at crating our pets. Hard to do. So, just wanted to get involved in the community and say "hi" and share our special babies with the community. Have a great weekend! |

| Welcome to Yorkie Talk. Two can be so much fun, and I'm glad you are enjoying it. For me, it was so much fun, I ended up with 4, so look out, they are addicting.
