| wow... I would take the puppy back. I know that sounds heartless but buying from a pet store is supporting puppymills.

Your other option is to return this pup to face a fate I don't want to think about. In the future remember buying pups from stores, etc....NOOOOOOO Good luck and keep us posted, we can help with many things.

| I am so sorry about your aunt's Yorkie. There really is only 2 options: 1) Take back to the store if there is a return purchases policy or 2) Learn from the experience and take this baby to the vet asap and do everything that can be done to help it. Praying for this innocent baby and for your aunt to have the strength to do what needs to be done! Edit: also, meant to ask - what is wrong with the pup? (symptoms)

YT 2000 Club Donating Member | Check to see if California has a Puppy Lemon Law. But I would take the puppy back if it is very ill and if you have not bonded with it. But immediately the vendor should know that the puppy is ill. I am assuming your vet had kept good vet records for this ill puppy. Good luck, and I am so sorry you are experiencing this hardship. Pet stores are often where puppy mills and brber's sell their dogs to.

Also, save all the documentation from the vet about what s/he finds wrong with precious puppy for your discussions with the store later. I hope the puppy will be fine...hugs.

Its one thing to purchase from a pet store with no regard, its another thing to think your getting a pup from a nice store because your uneducated etc. its a catch22... At the end of the day she has a pup that without her help will most likely be euthanized IF it is in need of vetting....its entirely up to the OP's family. This is very upsetting to me....this is why I continue to help try to close the only one in my area, STEVES WONDERFUL WORLD OF PETS SUCKS....

The vet will be able to help this baby. Sounds like a gastro issue or coccidia

Poor little soul....I would get to the vet, ASAP, and start the expense of having the baby treated....this baby has drawn the green weenie, no choice of it's own, from the moment of conception, at the hands of a ruthless puppy mill, and this is that baby's one chance to turn thing around.....Praying for the baby and you aunt....it may be just coccidia and can be "easily" treated....hopefully, it is not parvo....or any other serious issues....
