| Opinions needed We brought our precious Phoebe home yesterday. The papers from Hillsborough county animal services say she is full blooded yorkie. She is currently shaved down short. She weighs 10.5lbs. Does she look like a full blooded yorkie? We love her no matter what just getting opinions. Thanks |

| She could be some have ears that did not stand up, but she could also mixed with maltese looks a lot like my pups sister, it will also depend on what her coat looks like when it grows in. |

YT 1000 Club Member | Sorry, but I don't see the proportions of a PB Yorkie in that sweet little lady. DNA Testing has come a long way since it's onset, you might try that... Dog DNA Test, Dog Breed Test - Wisdom Panel Canine DNA Testing | Wisdom Panel

| Hi, and congratulations. Did Hillsborough county animal services say how they 'know' she is full blooded Yorkie, by any chance? Just curious, of course. Regardless whether she is purebred Yorkie or not, she is adorable and you are wonderful for giving her a home. I believe she will be only too happy to reciprocate fully. If you do the DNA test, it would be great if you post the results. Welcome to YT, I hope you enjoy it here.

| It was just meant to be! Bless you for giving this little girl a safe and loving home. Could be she was put in the shelter by someone got her as a baby and now that she's grown, are not happy with her looks and size. I hear this all the time from a friend who works for animal control. You and Phoebe are most welcome to YT. Keep us up on her progress.

| It is really hard to tell. How old is she? I am assuming she is a bit older pup since they shaved her already? She is adorable and hopefully will make a great pet for you. |

I got her from a lady who rescued her and couldn't keep her. I took her to get her shots and heartworm meds and they have me papers that said yorkie 1 year old. They last I got her from shaved her because her fur was really tangled and a mess. She said it was long but couldn't detangle it, and it broke her heart to shave her down. She has won our hearts and couldn't imagine life without her!she has found her forever home! | |

2+2=4 X the Love ♥ Donating Member | Its hard to tell from the photos. But she looks to be Yorkie to me, just not standard. The only thing that would lead me to question her pureness is the boxy look of her mussle in photo #3. She a keeper !!
