| about other carrier to use on trips We are trying to find something to use on a trip that we might take. I am not to sure on what they are called I just call them the bag thing. She is to big for the one that we have find and too she never really like them. We want to know about the other things u can use like the one u can carrier where she in front of u and she can see and she out where the fresh air or the strollers. Since we never use any of this before so we could use all the help that we can get with this like what the best one to get or is it something that we really should use. We just don't want her to get to hot or cold or to tired either. Thanks for the help. |

| How are you traveling, by car or airplane? Will you be using the carrier while you are walking around your destination? How much does your dog weigh? The answers to these questions will help determine what kind of carrier would be best.

| Lots of really good advice already posted. Get your pup involved in the process. Sounds great to me.!

| If you want something to carry her around in that is comfortable for her and you then check out the Fundle carrier: Fundle® Ultimate Pet Sling | Dog and Cat Carrier | Pet Car Seat and Travel Bag If you check out their website you will see it comes in a couple of different sizes plus various materials and patterns. It is very comfortable for the dog because it is built to make them feel like they are being held. The head can be inside or out. It is not as small and discreet as most purse type carriers but it is comfortable to carry because the weight of the dog is not all on one part of your shoulder. If you are using it in hot weather then probably the canvas material would be best. If you are going to do a lot of walking then the stroller is a good idea, too. It's handy to have both a carrier and a stroller. If you do a google search you will find other outlets sell the fundle carrier but most don't have as wide of a selection. | I have a black Sherpa tote. It is lightweight and no one has ever noticed Columbo was in it. If I ever took him on a plane, I would get the Sherpa carrier. |

| that something we do but some of them we have seen online u have to order it online. that the bad part of it. so thats why we thought we would ask everyone on here to see what they have use and what works the best. we had a bag kind of one and that one she out grown and she didn't like it to much either. we want something we can use outside of the car to carrier her in just in cass they don't want her walking around the stores that we might go in on vacation or even around here for that matter. but thanks for the idea |
