| Mini toothbrush for Petite Yorkies! I bought these a while back... they are made for humans and come infused with toothpaste. I cleaned out the toothpaste and now am using them on my dogs. They really don't seen to mind them at all, and they do a good job at removing all that nasty stuff on their teeth. They are a lot smaller than any toothbrush I have found... for pets or people!

| Those are for humans. These are made in Switzerland and do contain ingredients not found in pet toothpaste made here in the US. Ask your Vet. about the tiny toothbrushes most carry. They usually give them out after a cleaning, but I have been buying them from our Vet. for $2.00 ea.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | I saw them at the grocery store and wondered about them. I think they were about $3.00 for 4. I really wish they didn't have the toothpaste in them, but as you say, I guess you could just empty it. Now if someone makes this for dogs with a dog toothpaste, we'll be all set.

| Tibbe uses a cat toothbrush that is about that size as far as the bristle length and overall size but the handle is longer and no human toothpaste is on it. It is very tiny in his mouth so he lets me brush anytime. Like any dog he doesn't love it but tolerates it quite well. Unless I knew the ingredients in the toothpaste were not toxic in some way to dogs by not containing xylitol and other things the dog system shouldn't have, I would wash and boil them first and use regular dog toothpaste.

| Actually it's a bead filled with liquid, and it can be gently removed intact, so the brush doesn't get contaminated with it. I wash mine in very hot water with dish detergent anyway, and between uses. I don't use the bead liquid on my dogs.

| I'll take a look at these the next time I'm at the store. I recently found a baby toothbrush at Giant grocery that I think is just as small. The bristles might be even smaller. I found the brush in the baby aisle.

| The main ingredient is made from coconut oil. It's very minty and burns my mouth so I really would never use it on the pups. I'm always looking for things I can adapt to use on the pups. The last baby tooth brushes I bought were too stiff and the bristles were too long, but that was a while ago, can't say I've looked lately.

| I use those also for myself, I wonder if I could keep an old one I used clean it and use it on Sophie Kate? I have a small toothbrush from the Vet but Sophie Kate made the handle into a chew toy and it pokes me when I am brushing her teeth.
