| Big bird! Last night I let the dogs out and we (hubby & I) always go out with them at night after dark because I am afraid of what can be out there, coyotes, owls, etc... so we let them out and they did their thing and went back in, and we went in the hot tub for awhile. Out of the corner of my eye I saw something fly over the yard the dogs were in just a few minutes earlier. I look over and catch sight of HUGE wing span, dark brown flying over the yard. I couldn't see it good because it was so dark, but I would guess it was an owl!!! It was HUGE!!!! UGH UGH UGH!!!! Im always worried about something when it comes to my boys!!! Soooo annoying!

| Owls can be huge ! I know the worry.I am so glad everyone was safe. We have a small lake behind our house and lots of trees, seems like all God's critters cut through our yard (It is fenced 5 ft chain link) The amount of wildlife around here is amazing. Thank goodness no bears, wolves, or cougars !

| I would be worried to! I have seen those huge owls sitting in the trees early in the morning. They are frighteningly large and don't appear to fear humans. I used to walk my little Shih Tzu early in the morning before I left for work and those nasty things would watch. Thank God we never had an attack but now I am able to wait until a little later in the morning to walk Gracie. |

| I worry too! We live in town in a rural community so we see all those animals too. So happy that this story has a happy ending!!
