| Really odd coat ???? My Tori has a very short coat. When I got her she had a thin coat compared to Lexi but a good coat. Well now it seems she has lost most of her puppy coat and her adult coat is very short and growing exstremely slow. Here is a pic of when I got her, and then one of now...

Never cut it. Her puppy coat was longer, but her adult coat is growing just really slow.

| No, that thread is about a blue born (99.99% sure). Tori is a doll! Sometimes a Yorkie's coat just will not grow long and touch the floor no matter what you do. What do you feed her? Did both of her parent's have long coats? Tiah's coat has improved since I put her on the Pro Plan. They are all different though. Both of your girls are beautiful! |

Donating YT 14K Club Member | She's a cutie but I'm really surprise that she lost her coat like that. I know that with mine, their puppy coat grew out to their regular coat but I've not seen one with hair that short. I'm completely at a loss for words...hopefully a more seasoned breeder can answer this question properly.

| Her skin is very soft, and a pink color. Her hair is very silky, soft, and shiney.

| Its kind of odd that you borught this up, I have been wondering the same thing about the length of the coat. Homer's coat is very long in the front and since his puppy coat has gone, it is taking forever the have the fur on the back 1/2 of him grow... I wonder if there is something that we can give them to make their coats grow thicker and quicker?!?!?! Hmmmm
