| A ton of questions! Hello, everyone! My name is Allen and I live in coastal Georgia, right outside of Savannah! I have been looking and looking, but I can't find any pictures of a show Yorkie with the double bows, does anyone show using double bows, or have pictures of one? Also, I can't help but have a ton of questions about the Biewer. I agree that it's a different breed altogether, but has anyone ever confirmed that it's been outcrossed to something besides a Yorkshire Terrier? Also, how does IBC registrations work, if they're based in Germany? I googled, and couldn't find an IBC website. Also, are they going to include standards for chocolate and golden? It seems from what I've gathered that they're allowed in the standard, while the official Yorkshire terrier standard disqualifies them. I hope I've not asked too many questions! Yorkshire terriers are my passion, but I love looking at pictures of Biewers, too! |

| Hi and welcome to YT! I've been to the area you live in and it is just gorgeous there! Your questions will all be better answered by the breeders and those that show. You might try breaking up your questions into different posts (biewers and show) and post in the sub forums for those things...you will get great help. Glad to have you here

| Welcome to YT. I make the double bows for my two. They really aren't that much harder than the singles you just add a smaller one on top. There are several websites that have them. I found this one just now for you. Yorkie Bows: Show Bows for Yorkie, Maltese and Shih Tzu

| Hiya Allen! I used to live in Savannah as well and I'm picking up my first puppy this week-a Biewer. I'm not too informed on IBC as my dog will not be registered through them, only his father. I too had the same question though. Good luck! |

| Thank y'all! Thanks for the very warm welcome, and those bows are lovely!!! It seems that Maltese bows are usually blue or black, and Yorkie bows are always red. |

If you are interested in the Biewer, check out Snow Blue Yorkies...everything you need to know about the history of the Biewer is there. As far as I know they have not been crossed with anything, they originated from Yorkshire Terriers. My beautiful Jersey is a Biewer and she is registered with the IBC. There are several breeders of the Biewers here on this site, Scrapindee is one and if i'm remembering correctly bch is another. Both have beautiful pups, Snow Blue Yorkies is also a member here. Any other Biewer breeders out there please chime in....oh also Breny...Greenwood Yorkies, I think that is her name..she is in Michigan. Hope that helps somewhat.
