I need a paw print! I want to put Maddie's paw print on a few christmas cards and I'm not sure what's the best (if any) way to do it. Kid safe acrylic paint - stamp pad? I just need 3 prints - Any suggestions? |
I'm sorry I don't have any ideas for you, but please let me know if you do find something out. What a great idea! Good luck. |
I think that'd be fine...as long as it washes off. :) |
aren't you creative??? Wow! I never thought of that. (Not that Tucker would hold still for it) Kids black paint should be fine. It's non-toxic and washes off with water. Good luck. |
Years ago I purchased a little rubber stamp paw print and I used that instead. It's not original, but it was Muffin's "signature." ;) |
Paints that are safe for face-painting on kids should be safe.. |
Food coloring works too! I just put a drop on a paper plate and swish is around, dip the paw and print! It is a bit messy to wash out but totally harmless! |
Madeline, I did this and what I used was newsprint and plain water, then immediately put water color/acrlyic on it. That way her paws weren't stained. It worked real well. She walked across the pad of paper (I spread 4 sheets out so I had lots) and I colored in the ones I liked. Hope this helps. |
