| Tia tried to save her sister! I just had to share. It's sad, but I'm proud of Tia. I've been working diligently on my laptop all day. I am helping a friend with some work and have been proofing and typing....allllllll dayyyyyyyyy! ugh..... I've let the girls outside several times today. It's cold and they won't stay out there long. I've even been down on the floor playing with them during my break; I can't stand to look at those little faces staring at me begging for lovin! A few hours ago, Tia became very clingy. She kept whining at my feet and following me around like she was dying for my attention. It was very odd. She always wants to be by my side, but it was almost a cry for attention. I have been going back and forth to another room to get information and realized that Tia just had to be picked up. Picking her up....I noticed that I hadn't seen Ally in over an hour. I paniced....I really did. I went to the back door and Ally was on the small rug by the back door, which looked like she had dragged it around the room. I called her and she didn't move......MORE PANIC..... Well, come to find out, poor Ally had her little red bow stuck to the rug and she had been there for quite a while. I never heard her cry. I felt soooooo bad.....I loved her and made sure she was okay. Do you think Tia was trying to tell me Ally was in trouble? I think she did! I love my girls!!!! |

| Glad she was ok. It does sound like Tia was trying to get your attention to let you know something was wrong. These little ones are very smart.

| Absolutely! I had a Shep/Lab come get me, incessantly barking, when a little kitten was about to drown, having figured a way to get up into a deep bathtub we thought we'd prevented entry to because it was filled with water for a hurricane headed our way. Your babies are precious!!!

| Oh for sure that is what she was doing. So glad the little one was okay. Ours will let us know if one gets shut up in a bedroom or somewhere and they love to tell on Kayla. The boys always come to us and bark when she gets something she shouldn't have. They are little taddletails. lol!!! |

| Smarter than we know. Oh my what an adorable story. I am going to use the idea in a list of 'Smarter than we know' things Yorkies do. She was telling you for sure. Thanks so much for sharing. Hugs.
