| Does your baby hog the bed? Happy New Year YT family! My Coco sleeps in bed with us. I sleep on my side with bent knees and she positions herself right under my backside and tries to become one with my thigh! Before too long, the 6lb little darling has "pushed" me to the very edge of a king-sized bed! I know I'm not the only one with a bed-hogging Yorkie. Let's hear those stories! Best wishes for 2013! | I can relate...at anytime I can have five in the bed with me and the bf...two yorkie two FAT cats and a husky...the one yorkie has to be under the covers as close as possible the other yorkie gets first dibs on where to lay over the covers and the other three sleep where Rosie says too...not much wiggle room...the worst for me though is Rosie's snoring....ugh ear plugs are soon going to be a purchase!

| No, but trying to get me and DH and 3 dogs all on a queen size bed can be fun, oh and one cat. Peek A Boo has to sleep on the floor in his own bed due to protection issues.

| Gracie is a bed hog too. Gracie is the only one who sleeps with me all night (the others only take week end naps with me) She is soooooooooooo bad she gets on my huggy pillow and does what we call complain growling when ever I move. She huffs and flings herself around like a spoiled rotten, brat. When the other dogs are napping in the king size bed with us, it is like she draws an invisible line around her space and anyone who tries to snuggle gets complain growls and ugly squint eye face. She has her own pillow but, she puts her stuffed toys to bed on that. Gracie considers my huggy pillow, her pillow ! Oh, I almost forgot this funny habit, when I get up to go potty she gets on my head pillow then complains when I move her. She will do the circle digger dance, then puts her butt pointed at my face !

| As much as I love Rosie, I hate her sleeping on my bed! She kicks and turns and moves so much. plus did I mention she takes half of the bed? I hate the after scent too but my hubby loves cuddling with her even though she hates it.

| My yorkie sleeps in her pen where she can see me. I had a Brittany before that my husband got when I was in the hospital.. By the time I got home, she was used to the bed. That was NOT working!! So I firmly an sweetly told him there was only room for one bitch in our bed, lol! Guess who he chose?

| Tibbe is a bedhog, too, though when he naps with me on the couch and space is tight, he stays right in his spot beside me on the pillow the whole time!

| Huey does the same. He alternates between me and hubby, and sometimes just lays between us, pushing both of us to our respective edges of the bed...all at 7.5 lbs.

| Bed Hog? Last night Brody got up off the love seat and went to bed about 8:30 pm. Mia and I went to bed about 10:00 to find Brody sleeping stretchout on his side on my side of the bed, his head on the middle of my pillow very human-like. I placed Mia on the bed...she laid down near the rail. (waterbed...king sized.) I scootched carefully in between Brody/Mia and the rail in the 8" gap unoccupied by Yorkies, carefully (successfully? lol), trying not to disturb either of them, but unable to get under the comforter hardly at all...and did my best to cover with a fleece throw tucked under the comforter. I guess I thought we would adjust our positions later and I would be able to get under the covers. I spent the night with my back side hanging out, wearing what I thought was a warm, snuggly, fleece gown. Apparently not, because I was unable to get under enough covers in just the gown to get warm all night. When I mentioned this morning how I couldn't get under the covers and about froze last night, DH said that he noticed I did not have covers on when he came to bed. Does that sound like a bed hog?

| Hehe, funny stories Joels favorite way to sleep is between my legs but on top of the blanket, so I have to either not move all night and get claustrophobic or slide out of the blanket and be hanging off the bed since he's in the middle LOL I also leave a bed for him on the floor if I'm moving too much he'll leave and go on his bed. I have to admit.......sometimes I move on purpose |

| If I just lay across the bed with the laptop Gracie will get behind me and curl up in the bend of my knees. I think she can suck up more body heat that way. At night time she starts out on her queen sized pillow with her blanket but when she wants to really sleep she "asks" to get under the blanket and will sleep curled up against my stomach. I don't move for her. She is content just to get some body heat. |

| Troy doesn't really take up the bed but he moves when I move so sometimes it can be annoying/uncomfortable. I like it when I'm cold though because he helps keep me warm. I sleep on my side with knees bent. He will either position himself near my stomach or right behind my knees near my butt.

| Yes Zoe thinks the entire bed is hers. So much so that I just purchased a new King size mattress. I have told her multiple times if she would sleep lengthwise instead of side ways we would have room. The other night my BF and Zoe went to bed a little early, when I went to crawl in there was no space for me and when I tried to move Zoe she started whining. That was it I went and bought a king. |
