| Not a puppy anymore Now that Joel will be 1 on the 6th i've been thinking about him still biting Obviously it's because I kinda play with him when he does it and we "play fight" but he's not good at stopping when I say. So I need to crack down on him now, which will be more hard for me than him. I started working on it today, we were playing with toys on the floor and then he'll drop the toy and go at my hands and I just got up and left. I did it a few times and he definetly got better, so now I know it's just me lol, but it's so fun when were rolling all over the floor and he's biting me But I know I HAVE to stop. Now I just have to get everyone else to stop! |

| I totally was hard on Luma about that when she was younger. It really paid off! She's only even attempted to snap at me ONCE, the first time she ever had a bully stick. I was shocked, lol.

| Yeah Joel only did the snapping bite a couple times to me like when he found a bone outside and I had to take it away, but I stopped him from that, now it's just the play biting but he knows not to bite hard |

| Oscar has never done the nipping thing even as a puppy . however my airedale did and it was a lot of work to get him to stop. daddy liked to wrestle with him when angus was a pup and i am sure that was part of the problem. |

| My brother wrestled with rosco as a puppy and made him nippy, but he's 9 and outgrew it but every once in a while he'll gently pinch you with his front teeth, lol But I guess it's no more play fighting with Joely |

| Guinness will act like he is biting you but really he just kind of taps his teeth to your skin, even if he is mad it is just a light you hardly feel it tap and oddly he loves doing this to your nose.

YT 2000 Club Member | Teeka doesn't bite my hands but she sure likes to grab my sweatshirt sleeve and play tug of war! I don't know if this game is good or bad but she thinks it is fun! Joel sure sound like a little rascal and a cute one at that!

| Mandie bites my hand when we are playing but she will stop when I tell her "no biting". Then, she'll start licking. Her biggest "naughty" thing that I'm still trying to fix is the nipping at my heels when I walk down the hall. She doesn't do it all the time so I know she's just trying to get me to turn and play, but sheesh. BTW, Happy Early B'day to Joel!! (I'm sure I'll post wishes again tomorrow though)
