| I have never heard of a warming crate. I use a twin size electric blanket for my two. They love sleeping on it.

I have a heated mattress pad (that is wonderful) that I use at night, but I'm scared to leave it on for ZoE while I'm out of the house. I know I'm probably just being paranoid, as she doesn't chew my stuff and is completely potty trained...but I always think...what if???

What worries me, is that Harry likes to 'dig around' in his bed before he settles - and I'd be worried that he'd dig the wires. I daren't leave it on for him during the day.... Sally + Harry x | |

| Before you let her use it I would plug it in for half the day or so to make sure it doesn't get to hot.

| I have never heard of a warming crate. Is the warming device removable? Is the cord in an area that the dog can't reach to chew? I know they sell special heating pads for dogs that are supposed to be chew proof but they run like about $75.00. Gracie loves the heated throw I have on the bed. It turns it's self off after 2 hours but I don't leave it on when I'm not home either. She doesn't chew it but I like to have all the electric things off or unplugged when I am not home. |
