| Hungrier during winter Anyones pups get hungrier during winter? Both Joel and Rosco are wanting more food now. I thought Joel was just having a growth spurt but Rosco is doing it too, lol. When I take them outside they eat dirt and act starving. Today Joel did tricks for his food! There eating the same amount as usual and normaly go 5-6 hours for the next meal, but now want food 2 hours later! I don't want them to be hungry but also not fat either lol There so confusing |

| Both of mine eat the grass when they go outside, but I haven't noticed either of them eating more. I'm of no help here.

| I'm no help either, I live in a desert where it's supposed to be 80 on Thanksgiving this year.... But when it cools down our Dane eats more because he is more active when it's not 118 outside!

| Funny you should post this. I noticed this past week that Wallee has been eating more too. I also thought he was in a growth spurt. It's always great to read others are going through the same thing. |
