| Bad experience of Marilyn Muttroe and Snob dog, same owner I apologize for commenting on an old topic but I feel it's important so others don't have the same problems. I had the same experience with Marilyn Muttroe that I saw in an old thread, after a month of trying to contact them about my order I canceled it and ordered the item from the manufacturer because Marilyn Muttroe said it was back ordered but the manufacaturer had it in stock and they didn't know why Marilyn Muttroe claimed it was back ordered. Snob Dog is owned by the same people which I didn't learn until I ordered from them and after two weeks of not being able to reach anyone about my order, that wasn't showing up on my account, I requested my money back, and luckily received it. I saw the responses from the company and don't find them satisfactory. |

| No reason to apologize! Thanks for letting people know. Indeed this is the same business....same address! And, they do have a lot of negative reviews!

| I too am having the same problem. I ordered my items on the 3rd, I called them and she told me that it could not ship because I "ordered" it on a holiday and still have yet to receive it. I keep calling them and they are "not" in the office. And I also asked for a tracking number and they "have to have someone email it to them"... VERY DISAPPOINTED!! |

| Why would anyone name their business "snob dog"?! Sounds like to me they order from the manufacturer only after they sell something. That would explain why it takes so long to get your items. Which is fine IF they are upfront with the customer and let them know the reason. But to make up excuse after lame excuse is not acceptable. What's the point of even having a business if you're not going to take care of your customers? Perhaps they have this as a side business to lose money on for tax reasons?
