| The newest breed, a german shepherd yorkie!! So I just had to post this be cause I have been laughing about it all morning. I have a very small yorkie, Sammy is 4 lbs at 8 months and a pretty large German shepherd baby, 35lbs at 4 months and at first I was more than.a little nervous. After 2 months I have realized that I was nervous for the wrong reasons! Rely (our German shepherd) has now decided he is.a yorkie too! This morning I came downstairs to find them both curled up next to each other on their bed, and as I sat down on the couch with my coffee I was surprised to find a German shepherd jumping.right into my lap like Sammy always does! I was so shocked but he just laid down and went back to sleeping lol... still on my lap of course. Sammy didn't seem to mind having the bed to himself either... I just wanted to update too that Sammy has become the "daddy" dog and loves to take care of Remy... always making sure he is OK and giving him kisses I thought this was cute and I wanted to share... hope everyone has a good morning!

YT Addict | This is too funny, I also have German Shepherds, 3 to be exact and my one Yorkie Gizmo. Although the shepherds are more out door dogs you should see how they just lay down and get out of the way when they see Gizmo coming when we go for our walk. Gizmo will be just barking and raising all kind of cane at the shepherds, mind you they are secured and can't get to the little one, but still they just bow down to Gizmo as if here comes the boss, it's funny to watch.

| It's so sweet how Sammy takes care of Rely! My 68 lb sheltie mix, 3 year old boy thinks he is a lap dog. He will crawl up on the bed or couch when I'm sitting and watching tv and just plop down right in my lap...he's always done this. lol

| Haha! Its good to know Remy isn't the only large lap dog around... My boyfriend and I have started calling him feather because he seems to think he is as light as air! The other day at the Vet they were being so cute, Remy was getting his last set of shots and we brought Sammy because they cannot be separated or they are sad and Remy had to get his temperature taken he cried and as soon as the Vet left Sammy ran over to investigate his friend and gave Remy sloppy yorkie kisses! It was the cutest thing ever...

| Awwww how cute! Leave it to a Yorkie to train the big dog! When we had our Great Pyrenees, he was amazing with my yorkies. They bossed him around and he listened! Haha. So glad your babies are getting along. I'm sure they will be the best of friends.
