| I've never flown with my dog, but when my mom flew my brothers out to him the vet gave her some tranquilizers (sp?) she could use if need be. Also I've heard other's mention that they give their pups a bit of childs benedril and that makes the sleepy. I would ask my vet what the options are.

| Flying I flew with Matise and I had connecting flights. He didn't like being put under the seat for take off and landing but otherwise he did great. I started like a week before putting him in his travel bag every single day to get him used to it. in the airport while I was waiting between flights i would hold him and play with him and let him walk around- I did this in one of the seating area not just out in thre open. I got the proper dosing instructions from my vet for the childrens benedryl, but i didn't use it. i took bottled water and food and pee pee pads. I also took his favorite chew toys so he had something to keep him busy in his carrier. He mostly slept. It went better than i expected it too. Hope you have a great flight. Good luck.
