| what kind of chew toys..have you tried best bully bully sticks? have you tried ice wrapped in a face cloth wrap with an elastic band under supervision of course..i did this for a bit when cedric was teething. it really helped sooth his teething process. bullies are really the only thing my furr kids chew on. they love them. i know others use kongs....and im so sure others will chime in with suggestions.

| Only make things available that you want him to chew. I like the tube sock idea. Provide squeaky toys, maybe some nylabones? My two love to chew bully sticks, but it's not good to give them to them all the time. Good luck!

I also put chipped/crushed ice in a tube sock and knotted it off and let mine chew on the "ice ball" in the sock! they loved that! and then bully sticks...they love bully sticks, for the most part....just be careful the brand of bully stick...nothing from China.....brand I use is Red Barn...or Best Bully bully sticks. I keep mine in the fridge and "serve" them cold or even frozen! | |

Yorkie Yakker | I bought every chew toy t walmart that was small for him lol and he still chews on everything i tried putting some stuff in the freezer and letting him chew on it but nothing....... my other yorkie chomper chewed for a bit but then stopped right away...... he even chews on his kennel.........bully sticks are out of the question for me no offense but i use to work at the vet and seeing the dogs that came in for surgery from them is not funny...... you would think from the experience i have from being a vet tech it would help me lol....... but i tried the whole sock thing but in five minutes his already trying to swallow the pieces he tore off.......i guess he took his name to literal! Lol.....i should have named him gummy!!! Lol |

| We have had so much luck with Fleece strips (cut from an old blanket or jacket) twisted, knotted or lanyard-ed. When Abby was little we dampened and froze them but now we just keep them around, they pick one up every evening and settle in for a nice chew- it keeps their teeth so polished and shiny. When I gather them up in the am I check for loose pieces and reknot or trim(rarely). I throw them in a laundry bag and wash with their bedding.Nylabones are also available- we kept them in our pockets and offered them to Abby, as a pup, whenever she attempted to chew on anything. They like the blue nubby one. |

| I got Milo a Deere antler at pet depot one day and he loved it. Now he is on his third one. They don't splinter. He will chew on it all day.
