| Hair color Hi, I have a quick question, it will probably show how new I am to the Yorkie world....My 10 week old pup now seems to have grey or whitish roots....(hair wise) is this normal??/ What does this mean, he is black and tan with some white on his chin....but seems to have grey or white roots on his body now....thanks |

| It's normal. Yorkies are a breed that have a vast amount of coat change. Your black & tan will probably end up with a steel blue or grey coat. Good luck. |

| Yep...normal...enjoy the show. Yorkie colors are even better than fall colors. If you're interested, there is a 'sticky' about coat color...very interesting read. Take care...welcome, and congratulations!
