| That is the saddest thing I have seen in a long time! Shame on anyone who could do that to a helpless animal. I pray he finds a loving forever home.

| His legs are just like my Teddy Bear's are! This puppy could probably use them, but he is tiny and can get away without it. My Teddy had surgery to repair one of his (they released the muscle)...while not perfect, it is better. He can bend it a bit now.

| He was born like that....and many times these puppies are euthanized. This is not from withholding care. I do think a really great ortho surgeon *might* be able to help this little one, but many don't really know. I went to three surgeons until I found one who knew what to do. The big problem with this little guy is that he is really relying on his front legs so he may never want to use his hind legs. Teddy did....he actually tried so hard he was tearing his feet up.

| I don't know if it is a genetic defect or a birth issue...but this is like cerebral palsy in children. The muscles are rigid. I don't think anyone did anything to him...although I suppose they did dump him.
