| Thanks and another question Thanks for the welcome and answers to my question. I have another one for you. I have had Bella a week tomorrow and she is 4 1/2 years old and her facial area stinks to high heaven. I don't know if it is teeth or what. I don't don't know if the lady that had her before ever cleaned her teeth and they look bad. I tried to brush them but no luck there. Is this oder her teeth? It smells like dead fish. I love her kisses but these stink... |

| Has she been to the vet for a check up sense you got her? If she hasn't she needs to and he will look in her mouth. More then likely she needs a dental.

| It could very well be her teeth. Some Yorkies are prone to bad teeth and if she was fed a poor quality food that can make the matter worse much more quickly. Rotten teeth can be quite painful. Sometimes they have to pull the ones that are too far gone. She needs to have a dental done by a vet very soon. |

| If I recall correctly, you said Bella has a double row of molars. I would bet teeth are the cause of her bad breath. Those teeth need to come out as soon possible because they trap bacteria and lead to tooth decay and gum disease quickly. I know you are planning on spay and dental soon. Hoping for you and Bella that it can happen very soon.

| No it wasn't me about the molars and she was spade last week. I have a appointment with vet next Monday for a cleaning. Can't believe someone let her teeth go like this. |

| I am so glad she is going to have it done next week. It's too bad the vet did not notice the teeth sooner. It could have been done during her spay and saved both you and her some trouble. |
