| All Parti Lovers! Hi Everyone! I am new to YT even though I joined a while ago - just never had time to get in conversations. I am very interested in Parti colored YT and want to learn as much as possible about them. I have recently purchased a male that carries choco, cream and a parti carrier. He does not carry the dilute gene. I just recently had him DNA for genotype color inheritance. I want to specialize in choco parti's and also blondes, creams and goldens. Any insights or advice anyone wants to share, I am all ears. Thanks! |

| Hi.. my name is Diana and I have mostly Biewers with just a few tri colored Partis at present.. we do have one ee Parti named Fleur (9 months old) but I'm expecting a litter of pups this week that are from an ay yorkie and a carrier Biewer so we are very excited to see what we will get from that pairing. I am expecting some ay pups, a traditional and possibly an ay parti out of the litter (she's gotten pretty big LOL) I've so far stayed away from the chocolates as you need to be very very careful on their pedigrees and I just don't know enough about them to be certain. Most Parti breeders are on FB.. that maybe where you want to go for information and to meet people. Best of Luck.. -Diana

| Parti advice Thanks Diana - I appreciate the advice to go to FB. Would love to see some pic's of your dog's. When you breed a parti to a biewer what do you register them as? I would guess it is probably a biewer?? Are biewers typically larger then a YT? I understand you don't dock their tails either? I think that is great if we didn't have to dock tails. |

| Correct.. they are registered as a Biewer. Biewers are traditionally bred back to yorkies (however, many breeders here in the states and some breeders in Germany are no longer doing so as they want the Biewer to be it's own Breed.. they need to Breed Biewer to Biewer for that to happen) No.. the Biewer is the same size as a yorkie.. mine are all between 5-6.5 lbs.. they are the same dog as a yorkie, they just have the piebald gene.. same as the Parti. And yes.. they have that marvelous TAIL! -Diana
