Paris: Always in my ♥ Donating YT Member | Would an underbite have any health concerns? He was chewing up a rawhide which of course I would never give him. Maybe Jack Russell? or Chiuaha? He is so cute. |

| I can't think of any reason that an underbite would cause problems. If anybody would know, LadyJane could tell you. I think he's cute and so young.

Paris: Always in my ♥ Donating YT Member | I have a hold on him. He just had his neuter and can't come out till Thursday. My son liked the dog in the next cage a finnish spitz but it gets up to 40 pounds a bit too big for me. |

Paris: Always in my ♥ Donating YT Member | Do you think Paris would mind? I mean I love Paris and still miss him with all my heart and a part of me feels wrong to get a new dog so soon. My heart is breaking as I write this. But a huge smile was on my face when I saw the pup. Am I nuts? |

| If he put a huge smile on your face then I would say it's ok and yes you are probably as nutty as the rest of us. |

| Underbites are "graded" differently....some are minor, and they go all the way to major! His underbite does not look too severe and I doubt seriously would cause him any issues. About rawhide: If they swallow a piece of the rawhide (leather!), it can cause an intestinal blockage, which requires surgery to remove. Mine only get rawhide bones under close supervision and when they get the end all soft and chewy, I cut that off with kitchen shears, and make them start all over again! They NEVER get to chew rawhide unless I am right there, watching....and they get the medium bones, which are almost too big for them to be carrying around....dont want any little short pieces getting swallowed or stuck in their mouth or throat. |
