| Question about a certain dog food.... can't remember if I asked this in the beginning or not. Has anyone heard of Prism Enhance dog food? Its what the breeder was giving Daisy before I got her. OF course I can't get it anywhere around here, and Im on my 3rd brand of dry food and she wont touch it!! I think tonight Im going to add the dry food and a dog food gravy into the blender, along with her boiled carrots, and see if she'll eat it that way. Because dry food has more nutrients/vitamins then wet food, right? I just want to be sure she's eating well..... I thought at first part of it was her bad teeth, butshe'll chew on a bone or chew stick for a while! So Im not sure.................Im getting the teeth taken care of next month...but want to be sure I can find a dry she'll eat! And we cannot afford to keep buying these bags that cost $10-$20 and her not eat any of it!

| Some dog foods have a satisfaction guarantee. So if your dog doesn't like it, you take it back & get a refund! I know Science Diet has one, so you might check your bags & take the ones back she didn't like. |

| Have you tried taking the uneaten food back to the pet store?? I don't know what other stores policies are... But I used to work at a local pet store, and we'd take food back if your dog didn't like it or got sick from it or something. You just needed the original packaging, the leftover food and your original receipt. We would give a store credit for it which you could use to try another brand. Good luck. I'm fortunate that Pixie will eat whatever I put in front of her.... Edited: I just saw Lucky's Mom suggested the same thing (Great Minds Think Alike, right? ) We would take back any brand, not just SD. Try calling the pet store, it's worth a shot! |

| I will try tonight to put it in the blender with the sauce. If she wont eat that..then I'm going to call Petsmart, where I bought the Royal Canine. I dont have the receipt...but even store credit for something esle would be fine with me. I only found one place within an hours drive that sells Chicken Soup..so I may order it online if I cant get there... Thanks for all the tips!
